
The offended party, in his suit stamped FHC/ABJ/CS/756/2017, connected for a request of order limiting Kanu and the IPOB from disturbing the governorship and House of Assembly races charged to hold in Anambra State on November 18.
Ndubuaku told the court that he is a representative in Awka with property in Onisha and different parts of Anambra State.
He said there was dire requirement for the court to control Kanu, IPOB, their operators and individuals from making expressions or taking activities fit for endangering the lead of decision in the state.
As per the offended party, unless they are halted, Kanu and his IPOB adherents could do their danger to disturb the arranged survey.
Ndubuaku kept up that enabling the litigants to continue with their risk could bring about unsalvageable harms to him and other honest subject of Anambra State.
In a testimony he ousted to help the suit, the offended party told the court that Kanu and other IPOB individuals have over and over influenced articulations and dangers to stop any type of decision in Anambra To state and Igbo arrive.
"The litigants (first and second) are fit for completing their risk, and if this happens, many lives will be lost. Furthermore, properties crushed, which will incorporate that of the offended party.

Similarly refered to as litigants in the suit were the Inspector General of Police, the Commandant General Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps and the Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice.
In the mean time, when the issue came up for hearing on Tuesday, Justice Babatunde Quadri who is sitting as the get-away Judge, declined to issue ex-parte arrange as he was appealed to do by the offended party.
